University College Annual Fees (2025)
Fees are billed each semester. A deposit is required when you sign your contract and the first installment is due prior to moving into College. Alternative fee payment arrangements (i.e. monthly payments) can be made by contacting our accounts department.

46 weeks of residence during the two semesters of the academic year – regardless of university
Please Note:
Currently all first and second year university students must vacate their rooms during the mid-year break. Third year and graduate students are able to stay during this break. Storage sheds are available so students can securely store belongings they don't wish to take home.
Move in date for first year students in 2025 is Saturday 22nd of February.
