Senior Student Apartments

Third year students or current UC residents who wish to stay on for their graduate studies, can live in our senior student apartments. These spaces come complete with a separate lounge area, full-sized bathroom, kitchenette, and communal laundry facilities. Four of the apartments have separate bedrooms and two are open plan/studio-style dwellings.

You'll still get all your meals provided, but the kitchenette gives you the option to perform basic cooking for yourself if you prefer.

Senior student apartments include a double bed, mattress/mattress protector, two pillows, desk/chair, bedside table/drawers, lamp, fan, bin, blinds, large wardrobe with hanging space and shelving, full length mirror, large ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, split system air conditioning/heating, fridge, microwave and kettle and two of the apartments have full kitchens (including a stovetop and oven).
